2012 – January

Date:  January 6th 2012

Hi Everyone  …happy new year to all!

Please follow the link below.  Our next project is creating a membership application that can gather practitioner names, contact info, emails, just about any other information we may want to obtain.  Certainly we can translate this into multiple languages.
The key to making this efficient is for practitioners to complete this on-line.

I have created a sample webpage that we can use.   Laurent you can easily add the link to this page to the website when it is complete.

I would like your comments and suggestions of what we should include here.  I have completed some basic and sample questions to get it started.
The webpage is working such that if you complete the questionnaire an hit the submit button, it will send you an email with all the information you submitted.
You do not have to completely answer the questions but just put something in each box.  The answer boxes can be made optional or mandatory.  Have Fun!

Agenda for Next Skype meeting  Tuesday January 10th.

1)Discuss any relevant issues while waiting for everyone to connect on Skype
2)Review and approve minutes
3)Discuss Membership application link provided above.  (please do your homework and follow the link and review the information)
4)Comments about Screening protocol and Neurological units 1 & 2 that have been completed.   I have not heard any feedback so I assume everyone is in agreement and likes it?   I have shared this link (http://www.neuralorganizationtechnique.net/BOD/Teaching_Manual.html) with others and they have given me feedback.
5)Julie Russell-Clark, DC in Australia has contacted Sheel and myself requesting to participate in these Skype meeting and become a board member.  How should we respond?
6)Julie Russell-Clark, DC got CEU approval from the Chiropractic board and  is preparing to teach a high priced seminar in Australia.  Do we want to request or ask her to follow any specific format in teaching?  Do we consider her a certified instructor?  Do we ask that she submit to us the course description, seminar teaching notes?  Ask her use terminology and definitions that the board has approved.  Do we ask that she use only approved language about N.O.T. on her website to describe herself.  Follow the link on her name to her website.
7)Any other pertinent issues.

Dear fellow practitioners,

I am writing to you as the president of Neural Organization Technique –International Professional (N.O.T.-IP)  with an invitation to participate in the rebirthing and rejuvenation of Neural Organization Technique.  There is no membership requirement or fee for the first year.  Everyone who receives this letter will become an introductory member.  Once you fill out the enclosed application or on-line application you will be updated to a general member with all the privileges of membership.

Membership privileges will include on our website; your contact information in “Find a Local Practitioner”, notification of future seminars, listing of all certified instructors, and most important updated clinical information about Neural Organization Technique on our new website: www.NeuralOrganizationTechnique.org.

Our goal as outlined by the mission statement below will bring forth N.O.T. into the 21st century with new information, updated and simplified steps, a clearer understanding of the core principles and its application. With new electronic media at our disposal, we will be sharing this information with you on the website with videos and downloadable information.  The first educational video we have planned will be a new Screening Protocol;
…how to identify psychological reversal,  is a vestibulo-ocular reflex deficit
present (scoliosis) in the new patient, and screenings to determine what steps
are complete or incomplete on follow-up office visits.

                                               Mission Statement
Provide a clinical and academic arena for investigation and substantiation and research of Neural Organisation Technique (N.O.T.)

Our database of past and present practitioners is incomplete. Please complete the application form so we can verify information.  If you received this by mail, it means we do not have a correct email address.  Additionally, forward this letter to anyone you know who is practicing N.O.T. or has interest in learning.
